I believe education reforms under the National Education Development Plan (RPN) 2026–2035 must prioritise developing future-ready talents through a stable, consistent and forward-looking system. True progress is not measured by physical development alone, but by the quality, resilience and employability of our people. A strong education system requires clear direction, balanced assessments and continuity, not frequent policy shifts that create uncertainty for students and educators. By strengthening human values, national identity and technological mastery together, we can produce graduates who are skilled, adaptable and relevant to future industry needs. Talent development must remain at the core of nation building. With the right reforms, sustained investment and stable implementation, education can truly become the foundation for long-term economic growth and a competitive workforce.
