REI, Carhartt, Coho, an ERM Group company, and Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) have partnered on the innovative Misae II solar project in Texas, and will begin delivering renewable energy certificates to REI Co-op and Carhartt in 2026. Through a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA), this collaboration will deliver 18.5 MW of renewable energy, helping us and our industry lead the way in decarbonization. Key outcomes include building new solar capacity, reducing emissions, and fostering industry-wide knowledge. Collaboration is key to a sustainable future.
