The successful candidate will show outstanding proficiency with every step of the "editor assembly, delivery to cells, genomic DNA harvest, NGS library preparation" workstream. The successful candidate will also show themselves to be an exceptionally dedicated team player prepared to make a sustained and substantial impact on progress of CRISPR to the clinic for severe pediatric diseases of hematopoiesis and metabolism.
