As a Technical Support Engineer, Julia helps keep AmplifyMD running smoothly for clinicians and hospital partners. She works directly with hospital IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and partners with product and engineering to share insights that help improve our platform. EHR integration is a major part of her role, but her impact goes beyond integrations.
