How do Singapore’s wealthiest truly secure their future? 💎🇸🇬 It’s not just about chasing higher returns or growing bigger portfolios. True security starts with intentional, holistic planning — the kind that looks beyond numbers and into the heart of what matters most. For high-net-worth families, it means: ✨ Protecting wealth from unexpected risks ✨ Preserving family harmony across generations ✨ Passing down values, wisdom, and a shared vision — not just assets ✨ Ensuring clarity and structure so every decision supports the long-term legacy I’ve seen it time and again — wealth without a plan can create uncertainty, even conflict. But wealth with a clear, purposeful strategy? That’s when it becomes a unifying force, giving clarity, stability, and confidence to every generation, managing expectations, relationships and clear communications by taking an empathetic approach The right strategy doesn’t just safeguard your money — it safeguards your legacy. 🛡️🌟 #WealthManagement #LegacyPlanning #HolisticWealth #FinancialFreedom #Singapore #BreakFreewithPRU

🌏 Building a Global Wealth Structure — The Smart Way for Mainland Chinese Professionals in Singapore For many Mainland Chinese executives and entrepreneurs living and working in Singapore under an Employment Pass, the goal isn’t just to earn well — it’s to build, protect, and transfer wealth efficiently across borders. Here’s the framework I often share with clients who want to future-proof their success: 1️⃣ Singapore Private Trust Your foundation for asset protection and legacy planning. A regulated structure that shields wealth from business or political risks — while ensuring smooth inter-generational transfer. 2️⃣ Investment Layer – VCC or Holding Company Use a Variable Capital Company (VCC) or Singapore Pte. Ltd. to manage investments, real estate, or even global portfolios. When owned by a trust, it offers privacy, control, and tax efficiency. 3️⃣ Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) The secret layer of the ultra-wealthy. Combining insurance law protection with CRS-compliant confidentiality, it simplifies reporting and provides long-term wealth compounding benefits. 4️⃣ Banking & Real Estate Integration Whether through Singapore’s private banks or strategic property ownership, the goal is diversification — while keeping your wealth structure compliant and globally portable. This is how many globally minded professionals turn Singapore not just into a place to work — but into a true wealth hub for their family legacy. At Summit Planners Pinnacle, we help foreign professionals design these structures — legally, tax-efficiently, and sustainably — through our integrated trust, investment, and insurance strategies. 💬 Let’s connect if you’re ready to structure your wealth like the world’s top 1%. #SummitPlannersPinnacle #HolisticWealthManagement #GlobalCitizenship #SingaporeWealthHub #TrustPlanning #VCC #PPLI #WealthPreservation #CrossBorderPlanning #SummitPlanners #LegacyBuilding #PrivateWealthSingapore #HNWPlanning #AsianWealth Chermain Di

Not every investor from Asia will be the right fit for your deal — and understanding the nuances can make all the difference. 🌏 Here’s how to identify the right Asian investors: ✅ Define your investment profile – Align your project’s scale, risk level, and return horizon with investor expectations. ✅ Understand regional focus – Investors from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan often differ in appetite and strategy. ✅ Look beyond capital – The best investors bring networks, market access, and long-term vision. ✅ Cultural alignment matters – Trust, transparency, and relationship-building are key to lasting partnerships. The right match isn’t about who has funds — it’s about who shares your vision. 👉 If you’re looking to connect with serious Asian investors or explore UK property opportunities, send me a message or comment “INVEST” below — let’s start a conversation. #InvestmentStrategy #AsianInvestors #PropertyDeals #CrossBorderInvestment #UKProperty #JenniferLin

Asia Pacific Funds lead, Han Ming Ho, was invited to share his views in a recent article published by the The Asset, providing a nuanced view on the evolving financial landscape with the ongoing interaction between Singapore and Hong Kong. Han Ming emphasizes that rather than being rivals with a binary outcome, the two financial hubs are increasingly complementary, each leveraging its unique strengths to serve different aspects of the Asian and global financial markets: Singapore as a gateway to ASEAN, India and Middle East and a center for wealth and fund management; Hong Kong as the bridge to Mainland China and northbound capital, with deep public markets. Hong Kong is proving once again why it remains one of the world’s leading business and financial centres. UNCTAD’s World Investment Report 2025 highlights that the city attracted US$126 billion in foreign direct investment in 2024, ranking third globally. The number of companies with overseas and Mainland parent companies reached a record high of nearly 10,000, including about 1,400 from the US — a 9% year-on-year jump. At the same time, the Hang Seng Index has surged by around 30% this year, IPO fundraising is leading the world, bank deposits have grown 8% to nearly HK$19 trillion, and assets under management in the wealth sector climbed 13% to more than HK$35 trillion. Hong Kong’s momentum is clear — a gateway where capital, companies, and opportunity converge.

🏛️ Something new just happened in Singapore's market Earlier this year, the Equities Market Review Group (EMRG) led by Singapore’s central bank (MAS) announced something unprecedented: Injection of public monies into our equity markets through the Equities Market Development Program (EQDP) This isn't just another policy tweak. It's a game-changer. Here's what's happening: ✅ Public money goes to external fund managers (3 managers already selected) ✅ These managers must "crowd in" capital (enlarging the investment pool) ✅ Focus on mid and small-cap companies What this means for everyday investors like you: More institutional players will be hunting in the mid-to-small cap space. These aren't your typical "buy and forget" investors. Think of it like hiring world-class coaches for underperforming sports teams and transforming them around! These fund managers will be actively engaging companies, pushing for better performance, stronger governance, and real shareholder value. They have skin in the game and credible backing. Companies that respond well? The market rewards them with higher share prices. Companies that don't? They'll feel the pressure to step up. The virtuous "value up" cycle we're betting on: Better funding → Active coaching → Improved company performance → Higher share prices → More confidence → Better funding The game changes when someone with both expertise AND investment dollars starts asking the tough questions that shareholders deserve answers to. Ps: Ever had a coach transform your performance? Think this could work for companies too? PPS: Do you sense the optimism in the Singapore market ? 🙋🏻♀️ 🔔 Like this content? 🇸🇬 Singapore leads global capital flows in 2025, as 59% of entrepreneurs worldwide consider moving assets abroad — with the city-state ranked as the top destination. This reflects a broader recalibration of wealth strategy, where high-net-worth individuals are prioritizing stability, strategic tax planning, and jurisdictional confidence. Singapore continues to stand out for its clearly outlined regulatory environment, investor-friendly policies, and global financial connectivity. As economic and policy uncertainty grows elsewhere, capital is not standing still. It’s being redeployed - strategically - into markets that offer security as well as opportunity. For policymakers, the implications are clear: capital follows clarity, confidence, and competitiveness. For investors, now is the time to review structures, explore cross-border options, and ensure alignment with the evolving global landscape. Singapore’s rise is a case study in how policy, reputation, and readiness drive capital movement in today’s world. #CapitalMobility #Singapore #WealthPlanning #EntrepreneurStrategy #GlobalWealth #InvestmentInsights #PLGroupInsights

🏙️ Why Wealth Is Flocking to Singapore—and What That Means for the Rest of Us A recent HSBC / Business Insider piece highlights a powerful development: global entrepreneurs are moving capital and domicile to Singapore, the UK, and Switzerland as China retreats. Singapore is now being seen as Asia’s wealth safe haven. Some headline numbers: - 59% of surveyed entrepreneurs intend to relocate assets over the next 12 months, and Singapore tops the list as the prime destination. - Chinese founders, in particular, are cutting back property exposure and seeking more stable jurisdictions. - The shift underscores that capital is now more mobile than ever—tools, policies, structure, and trust matter more than geography. Why Singapore Wins (for Capital & Founders) 1) Credibility & Legal Infrastructure Singapore’s courts, common law framework, regulatory clarity, and established fund and corporate regimes send signals of trust to the ultra-wealthy. When someone moves large capital, they want a system they can rely on. 2) Tax & Treaty Benefits With over 100 Double Tax Agreements (DTAs, BTAs), favorable withholding rules, and regimes like foreign income exemptions, SG gives real advantages in managing cross-border holdings and income repatriation. 3) Safe Harbor in Volatile Times When China’s real estate, policy, and capital controls wobble, Singapore offers a stable alternative. The wealth exodus is less about rejecting China, more about diversifying risk. 4) Hub for Regional & Global Connectivity Singapore already sits at the center of major trade routes, digital connectivity, and financial networks. For wealthy investors, it becomes easier to operate SEA / APAC strategies from SG than from Beijing or Hong Kong under growing uncertainty. 5) Policy that Encourages, Not Crabs Singapore doesn’t punish high-net-worth inflows. Instead, it builds structures and incentives to welcome them—through incentives, infrastructure, and corporate legitimacy. If you’re curious how to make your corporate or capital structures “Singapore-ready” to catch this trend, let’s chat. #getty #holdco
