We don’t lack solutions. We struggle to make what works stick. In my latest LIVE with Dr. Whitney Austin Gray (International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)), we explored what it actually takes to move from evidence to adoption — through the lens of the #healthybuilding #movement. A few things this conversation made more concrete: • Change doesn’t happen when people are informed — it happens when conditions are redesigned • Standards are not just technical tools — they are mechanisms for coordination and adoption • Being “right” is not always enough — systems must be able to absorb what is proposed • The environments we design shape outcomes long before behavior enters the equation This conversation grounds an ongoing direction in my work and #PhD #research into #changemaking and #regenerative #transformation: If we are serious about #change, we need to move beyond awareness and into conditions, incentives, and #systems that make new behaviors normal. 🎧 Watch or listen: Substack, Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

“I’m a Billionaire and the Smartest Guy in the room", "Science Challenges Authority" to its essence! Full episode: https://lnkd.in/dsfkQCgQ Science is the opposite of that notion—it challenges authority. In an ideal world, expert opinions are tested and reshaped by new information. But a vision where billionaires define science and replace experts? That’s the question here!

Before you use AI, ask this: Why does this work exist? In my conversation with Steve Siler, CTO at North Mill Equipment Finance (NMEF), that question changed the entire lens. A team asks for a new tool or faster process. The instinct is to build. Instead, he pauses. Why are we doing this at all? And that’s where it gets interesting. You start noticing how much of the workday is friction. Manual checks. Rework. Extra steps no one questions anymore. AI creates new possibilities. We can RETHINK and REIMAGINE the nature of "the work." The friction that we used to define as "the work" can be entirely removed. Less time on repetitive tasks. More time on thinking, deciding, creating. This less about being an AI expert and more about asking better questions. And following curiosity. What’s one task in your day that might not need to exist anymore? Listen to our conversation on the TomorrowZone Catalyst Podcast. Most AI conversations start with the technology. The more interesting conversation starts with the people carrying the friction. I joined Deborah on the TomorrowZone Catalyst Podcast to talk about what AI adoption actually looks like from inside a private credit originator. Not the pitch deck version. The version where workflows were built for a different era and your team is quietly absorbing the gaps. The thing I keep coming back to: the lenders pulling ahead are not the ones with the biggest AI budgets. They are the ones paying attention to where their people are burning time on work on low level activities. What is the human element? That is where the real opportunity lives. What friction is your team carrying right now that you have not solved yet?

The evolution from liner-shipping roots to end-to-end orchestration is more than just a logistical shift; it’s a masterclass in resilience. 🚢 'Timing' isn't just a competitive edge—it's the heartbeat of the supply chain. In a world of constant disruption, the biggest change isn't just technology; it's the necessity of having a workforce that can remain agile and move with the data. Great to see APL Logistics highlighting the wisdom of those who have witnessed these eras first-hand. Experience is the best compass in an unpredictable market.
