Earlier diagnosis and improved access belong in the same sentence, and it is not common to see them put there, since a detection model only helps in a system that can absorb what it finds. The 2040 framing raises something worth asking now: a screening algorithm deployed in 2027 will be making calls on populations it was never trained on by 2035, and almost nobody funds the monitoring that catches the drift.
