Europe Operations Leadership Team Kick-Off in Prague: Setting the Stage for 2026 Success! This December, the Europe Operations Leadership Team of Beckman Coulter gathered in the beautiful city of Prague for an intensive kick-off session to prepare for the year ahead. The goal? Align on priorities, define tactics, and set the foundation for achieving our ambitious 2026 objectives. Our discussions focused on two critical areas: Operational Excellence: Reviewing and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and quality across our operations. These efforts are not just about numbers—they are about ensuring we deliver diagnostic services that matter, enabling accurate diagnoses and timely treatments that make a real difference for patients. Leadership Development: Exploring methods to strengthen leadership skills and accelerate breakthrough thinking—essential for navigating the dynamic healthcare landscape. After a full day of strategic work, the team embraced the festive spirit by visiting Prague’s iconic Christmas Market, followed by a delightful evening dinner that fostered connection and camaraderie. On Day 2, we shifted gears toward innovation. The team visited CVUT University, Faculty of IT, (@fitctu) to explore cutting-edge trends in IT, AI, and robotics—and how these technologies can be applied to medical device manufacturing. This forward-looking session sparked exciting ideas for leveraging automation and digital transformation to enhance our operations and, ultimately, improve patient outcomes. These initiatives reflect Beckman Coulter’s vision and mission: Relentlessly reimagining healthcare, advancing diagnostics, and empowering clinicians with actionable insights to improve patient care. Every operational improvement and leadership development effort is driven by our commitment to helping laboratories and healthcare providers deliver answers that matter—because every result impacts a life.
