Oracle and Google Cloud expand partnership, offer Gemini 2.5 via OCI

Senior Vice President, Oracle Corporation, Technology Cloud Engineering, EMEA

News today as we expand our partnership with Google Cloud. We’re offering customers access to Google’s most advanced AI models, starting with Gemini 2.5 via OCI Generative AI service. One of my favourites to be honest!   Oracle customers can use their existing credits to start leveraging Google’s Gemini models, to build #AI agents for use cases including multimodal understanding, advanced coding and software development tasks, productivity and workflow #automation, and research and knowledge retrieval.   We plan to make Google’s entire range of Gemini models available via #OCI Generative AI service through new integrations with Vertex AI.    Find out more: https://lnkd.in/eC4REkch

I’m a big fan of Gemini too. I have been using it almost daily ever sinxe I got an early invite. I feel like it works like a tool to empower my brain rather than something to do work for me. Great offering!

☁️⚡ This isn’t just cloud + AI integration — it’s infrastructure for the next wave of intelligent systems. Oracle bringing Google’s Gemini 2.5 into OCI unlocks: 🔍 Multimodal cognition (vision, text, code in one flow) 🧩 Agent-based architectures powered by Vertex AI integrations 🚀 Enterprise-ready AI with scale, governance, and real-world deployment in mind This is where the future is headed: From siloed model usage → to cloud-native AI ecosystems that let enterprises build adaptive agents, automate workflows, and supercharge productivity. AI isn’t just a tool anymore. It’s becoming the computational substrate for innovation. Massive respect to Jason Rees Sir and both teams for driving this shift. The companies that master AI + Cloud convergence will set the foundations for how enterprises operate in the next decade. #MukeshN #Oracle #GoogleCloud #OCI #GeminiModels #AIInfrastructure #FutureReady #GodLevelInnovation #GoatLevelExecution #MukeshNMindset #AIBuilder

Have great hopes in this. Do you have tools easier than airflow, easy streaming. Kafka made easy in your domain. Alternative to fabric. Make this platform more easier and friendly. More insights welcome.

This is a great step forward for AI automation. I'm curious, are there any tools that let you create complete automation flows like n8n but through natural language or chat? Would love to hear if anyone has come across something like that.
