What I appreciate about this approach is that these reminders are softer, more grounding, and emotionally supportive versus pushing people into forced positivity. Many high performers are carrying enormous internal pressure underneath while still functioning well on the surface. Sometimes the first real step toward better mental health is not “thinking more positively.” It is feeling safe enough to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and stop operating in survival mode long enough to even hear what you truly need.
