Discover our offering of Robusta and Arabica beans, and our instant coffee product range: https://lnkd.in/diu2Ggu Ingredients: 90 g all-purpose flour 1.25 ml baking soda 1.25 ml salt 15 ml instant espresso granules 60 ml vegetable oil 45 ml cold brew coffee 160 g light brown sugar, packed 340 g semi-sweet chocolate (50–55% cocoa) 10 ml vanilla extract 2 large eggs Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Coat a 20x20 cm pan with non-stick spray or butter. 2. Sift the flour, baking soda, salt and instant coffee granules together. 3. Combine the oil, cold brew coffee and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted. 4. Stir in eggs, then add flour mixture and combine. 5. Spread the batter into a pan and bake for 30–35 minutes until the center feels slightly firm. 6. Cool completely before cutting into squares. #WeAreLDC
