В условиях гибридной ( комплексной) войны политической, экономической, финансовой, идеологически - информационной, технологической - должны работать соответствующие штабы и Объединенные комитеты штабов организованных и мобилизованных сил в глобальном и континентальных масштабах. Работать непрерывно 24/7 соответственно с операциями в режимах необходимой обороны, на упреждения и что важно- системно как взаимодействий политий и аристократий - а не театрально - бюрократически. Кстати - с очень активным использованием ИИ. Это усиливает интеллектуальные возможности акторов войны - на порядки. Такое - есть?
