Perspire Sauna Studio joins Erewhon Lifestyle Collective to expand access to science-backed wellness. Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Erewhon Member Event! Erewhon Lifestyle Collective Members enjoyed a private suite featuring a full-spectrum infrared sauna with built-in red light therapy, followed by a refreshing SNØ Shower for contrast therapy, with the option to add Halotherapy for respiratory support. Each visit included a 40-minute infrared sauna session and 10 minutes to enjoy the SNØ Shower—leaving members feeling fully revived and restored with a goodie bag including body wash and lotion gifted by Alo Yoga.
