This September, we launched our #Mentoring Program focused on aspiring leaders. 👏 Our first batch of 24 mentees, all women looking to step into management roles, brings diverse expertise from various areas of the bank. These colleagues have been paired with experienced mentors - managers who are generously offering their time and insights to support their #growth. 🤝 During our kick-off event, board member Valerie Brunner shared her mentorship journey and provided valuable advice to both mentors and mentees. A big thank you to Julianne L., Tatiana Danilova and our Employee Resource Group, LeadUp, for organizing this initiative.
