At Sago Mini, our EDIB (equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging) team is always exploring new ways to help the wider team connect, learn, discover, and grow together. One of the ways we do that is by creating space for meaningful conversations. The kind of conversations that help teams slow down, listen, and learn from each other. That’s where the Sago Mini Belonging Deck comes in! A flexible, people-first tool designed to support conversations that build connection and understanding. They can be used in ways that are formal and structured or casual and friendly - whatever the moment calls for. Our teams have used the Belonging Deck for kicking off meetings, conversation starters, and personal discovery prompts. We’ve created multiple decks that anyone can grab in the studio whenever they want. The cards are also available as a digital deck for remote and hybrid teams, making them easy to use wherever work happens.
