🎉 SENIA World Changer Award — September 2026 🎉 We’re proud to announce Advaith “Addu” Menon as the SENIA World Changer Award for September 2026! Addu inspires inclusion by showing that communication extends far beyond spoken words. As a non-verbal autistic individual, he moderated the Autism Awareness Panel at Cisco with incredible confidence. Using the Avaz app to introduce panelists, ask thoughtful questions, and share how his helmet helps him manage anxiety. In front of nearly 230 employees, Addu challenged stereotypes and reminded us that every communication style, AAC, gestures, or technology, carries equal meaning.
