As I close this chapter at MediBuddy, I’m stepping back to reflect on a journey that has been as challenging as it was deeply rewarding. They say time flies when you’re building, but at MediBuddy it didn't just fly—it soared. Looking back, my journey has been a whirlwind of growth. Starting as the Regional HRBP & TA Head, I watched my role evolve into leading HRBP & TA, eventually stepping into leading an incredible People & Culture team. It was one of those rare stints where the scope and complexity didn't just grow; they exploded. I’ve had the unique privilege of working closely with our founders and CXO team to drive business goals and deliver milestones I’m incredibly proud of. This chapter was a catalyst for growth; I thrived on the increased scale of responsibility and delivered organizational value that surpassed even my own expectations.
