Really interesting to see Stripe making this easier for developers. keeping payment and subscription data in sync without having to build and maintain custom webhook infrastructure sounds like a huge time saver. love seeing tools that let developers focus more on building products and less on managing integrations.
Stripe, hoping you can please help us out. We opted into the Tax Complete plan about 5-6 months ago, right before Managed Payments was a widely-offered option, and since then have not used the Tax Complete service at all. We tried to cancel back in August and support denied it. We're a small agency and paying the $430/month is a considerable line item for us. Is there any way an exception could be made and this service can be canceled now, instead of in February?
