Hi, I'm Aparna Susanna. I'm the founder and CEO of Anti Norm Andy. Norm is here to disrupt the beauty space by making multifunctional, climate efficient and utility focused products for fast busy working women of India. I think the biggest learnings is how much innovation that's happening in our space. We were oblivious to it because we were so focused on building and we realized that our fantastic companies out there doing some absolutely breakthrough. So we're really happy to make those connections and also the support and encouragement from Nikki and Estee Lauder that's really, really helped us pave the path here and get here and super excited to be a part of this community now.
