UGC. = User Generated Content. = a fancy marketing term for content that includes you or your business, that you haven’t created… UGC is the crème de la crème of content. • Reviews/testimonials • social posts that mention you (see example below 😏) • Tagged comments And it makes complete sense for businesses within the pet industry to add UGC into their strategy because people are constantly posting, tagging, and talking about their pets anyway.
