I went to Skopje to meet clients and potential partners face-to-face 👥 Misalignment in communication happens more often than we like to admit, especially in a world where almost everything runs online, and meeting in person has become the exception, not the rule. Emails are useful, of course. I rely on them every day, but they’re also one-dimensional. You don’t see reactions, you don’t feel the tone, and even simple topics can drag on through endless back-and-forth. When you actually sit down with someone, it’s different. You pick up on how they think and react, and without forcing it, you start adjusting how you communicate with them. That’s why my co-founder and I make it a point to visit our clients and partners during the year. Next month, we’re heading to Athens for exactly this reason 🙌🏼 If anyone from my network happens to be there toward the end of June, feel free to let me know, I’d be happy to grab a coffee and connect ☕️

Nothing beats in-person meetings. They build a connection and alignment that often can’t be a byproduct of our remote or online tech stack.
