Each year, Senior Housing News recognizes emerging leaders in the senior housing industry, and Vi and LCS are fortunate to have several leaders recognized this year. One of these future leaders is Paulina Komperda, Interior Design Manager, at Vi's corporate office in Chicago. Paulina joined Vi as an intern 13 years ago and has advanced to Interior Design Manager. Today, she leads a portfolio of design projects at Vi communities with budgets up to $70M annually. She’s responsible for creating spaces which meet the needs of residents and employees and reflect Vi’s high aesthetic standards. She is widely known for her collaborative approach and helping reshape spaces for aging adults that create beautiful, functional, and empowering environments.
