✈️ Buzzing Around the World – September Edition

Dear reader,

This issue comes out a week later than usual — but for a very good reason. ✨ I’m happy to announce my collaboration with Forbes Hungary as an ambassador. From now on, every newsletter will include a new block where I share my favorite Forbes online article of the month. 😍

What will you find in this issue?

📌 Best Posts of the Month – quick wrap-up

📌 Creative Campaign Inspiration – hand-picked by the Agence Najoua team

📌 LinkedIn Tip of the Month – 5+1 best practices for post ideas

📌 Interview - this time in a special way!

📌My favourite Forbes Hungary online article of the past month!

📌 What Happened at Agence Najoua ? – wins, events, and headlines

So let's begin!

📌 Best posts of the month

Create long-term buzz with your personal brand: Last week I hosted an invite-only workshop with C-level leaders, company heads, and communication professionals. Together, we explored questions like:

  • Why is personal branding important?
  • How do you build a long-term, authentic brand strategy?
  • What’s the difference between personal and corporate brand-building tools?
  • How can LinkedIn support all of this effectively?

The feedback was fantastic, and I already know this was just the first of many workshops to come. Grateful to everyone who joined and to Puzl CowOrKing for the perfect space.

📌 Creative Campaign Inspiration – curated by the Agence Najoua Team

🍸 Responsibility is cool 🍸

Campari Group ’s “Take Time to Taste” campaign shows how alcohol brands can lead with responsibility without diluting their image. Instead, they elevate it — making moderation part of an elegant lifestyle. A great reminder that communications with purpose are always stronger.

📌 Special newsletter edition interview

The latest issue of Growth Magazin - Magyarország feels extra special for me because I have three different material in there:

  • In the SabeeApp interview (“A nulladik ponttól kezdve nemzetköziben gondolkodom”), founder Szabolcs Herman shares how courage and an international outlook turned one person’s vision into a 50+ employee company across nine countries.
  • In the The Longevity Hub interview (“A hosszú élet titka nem egyetlen csodaszerben rejlik”), Dr. Baucsek Katalin LL.M. explains how longevity is not a quick fix, but a long-term, ethical mission for society.
  • And… a full-page feature on an upcoming household management app 🏡📲. A little spoiler: it will make everyday life smarter and simpler — we’re so excited for the launch.

📌 Forbes story of the month

This month’s Forbes Hungary story is one that deeply inspired me: the journey of Anita Kovács and her Ide Süss Manufaktúra. (btw also the background photo of the newsletter was also inspired by this story)

After 15 years of leading in the hospice sector, Anita made a bold move: in her 50s, she started a completely new career as a baker. What began as a personal passion soon became a true mission project — with a clear drive to create value, build community, and constantly strive for better.

What I find especially powerful in this story:

  • It proves that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, even if you think you are "too old"!
  • It shows that passion combined with mission can fuel not only a business but also a community.
  • And it reminds us that gastronomy — although it often looks glamorous from the outside — is full of challenges: from variable costs to daily unpredictability, it demands real intelligence and resilience.

My takeaway for you?

Be brave and do what you love! And whenever you have the chance, support local restaurants, bakeries, and small businesses. Their stories and dedication often give you a much richer experience than what the big brands can ever offer (in most cases).
