We shouldn't speak of "support for Ukraine," but rather of "support for Ukraine and Europe (the free world)." NATO needs American power, but the United States is preventing a genuine operation against an invasive Russia in Ukraine. Consequently, the United States is fully complicit, even when it offers its support (the US only thinks about its industries (incomes and jobs) and rare earth elements, not the common interests of the Western bloc in the face of the former Soviet bloc). This is a half-measure based on the principle of "no World War III," or more honestly, "no Ukrainian or European victory against imperial Russia." Secretary Rutte embodies this half-measure. Europe must significantly increase its deterrent capabilities.
