The fastest way to stand out is by niching down: - Who’s your ideal customer? - What’s their #1 pain point? - How can you uniquely solve it? When you go deep, people feel like you’re speaking directly to them. And when they feel seen, they follow—and eventually hire you. For example: Instead of being a “fitness coach,” position yourself as “the go-to strength coach for busy dads over 40.” Specificity builds trust. 2/ Share stories that build trust People buy trust. Not services And stories are the fastest way to build it: - Share a time you solved a tough problem for a client. - Talk about a mistake you made and what it taught you. - Break down how someone in your field achieved success. Stories make you relatable and credible. They show why people should trust you, not just what you do. 3/ Create evergreen resources that work while you sleep Once people trust you, create resources that keep them coming back.
