Consultation of the ICR

Availability

Online consultation is possible every day, including public holidays, during the following hours:

Monday - Friday	from 6:00 to 22:30
Saturday	from 6:00 to 20:30
Sunday	from 13:00 to 22:30

Up to three consultations per day

You can check your data online up to three times a day. Once you’ve reached this limit—even if there were technical issues—you’ll only be able to access the information recorded in the ICR again the following day.

Technical issues

If you clicked on "Download" but nothing happened, you can try the following solutions:

I cannot download my statement with Safari.

If you are unable to download your statement, try deleting cookies first.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, it may help to turn off “Block pop-ups” in the Settings. To do so, please following these instructions:

Go to Settings → Apps → Safari.
Turn off “Block pop-ups”.

If the problem persists, send us a double-sided copy of your ID card and a signed request by post or e-mail. Upon receipt, we will send you the requested statement by post.

I cannot download my statement with Edge or Chrome.

Open the link again, but this time in private mode (“InPrivate window”) or an incognito window. This way, you can circumvent any cookies or cached data that are causing the problem.

If the problem persists, send us a double-sided copy of your ID card and a signed request by post or e-mail. Upon receipt, we will send you the requested statement by post.

Online consultation

With an electronic ID card reader or the itsme® app, you can view online the data pertaining to you recorded in the Individual Credit Register. The search results are immediately available and may be downloaded in the form of a PDF file. Should you encounter problems during the authentication process, please contact the CSAM help desk.
