Technical requirements
This chapter connects Power Platform solutions together with Azure services. To follow along, we recommend having these requirements in place:
- Power Platform subscription: You can sign up for a Power Platform Developer Plan (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/developerplan/) if you already have a Microsoft Entra ID work account, or you can join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/dev-program).
- Azure subscription: You can provision a free Azure account following the guidance on this website: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free. Once provisioned, the Microsoft Azure portal can be accessed via the following URL: https://portal.azure.com/.
- Visual Studio: If you do not have access to any other version of Visual Studio, you can use the free Community Edition (https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/community/).
