We are a fund that supports marginalized composers through providing working opportunities, education, and direct financial support.
Who We Are
We were founded in 2024 by Star Victoria Power (they/she) with extensive support from Aivi Tran (they/them). Between May 28th and July 30th we raised $14,748, which we used to:
* Fund six composers to create our debut album, Beginnings: Rising Star Vol. 1
* Give direct rental support to two of our composers
* Sponsor a composer's attendance at a professional networking event
and more.
