Jill Clark is a seasoned development expert and humanitarian leader with over 30 years of experience in global health, community health, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, Jill has been instrumental in guiding nonprofits to achieve their missions, successfully raising over $600 million for domestic and international causes. Currently, she serves as the Interim Chief Development Officer at USA for UNHCR, where she leads multi-channel strategies to secure funding for the protection and empowerment of millions of displaced individuals worldwide. Jill’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at JDRF, the Irish Cancer Society, amfAR, and Safe Horizon, where she honed her skills in development, fundraising, and organizational leadership. As a member of TASSC’s Board of Directors, Jill brings her extensive experience and passion for humanitarian work to support and empower survivors of torture. Jill holds an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University and a BFA from Drake University. She resides in New York City with her husband, Steve McNally, a proud native of Scotland, and remains dedicated to making a significant impact in the nonprofit sector and beyond.
