I’m Oliver Jones, a practising clinician and medical educator
TeachMeSeries began as a personal project during my time at medical school. While revising anatomy, I found there were no reliable, modern digital resources that explained complex topics clearly and visually. Textbooks felt outdated, and online content was either shallow or inaccurate. So I decided to build my own.
What started as a small side project grew steadily and organically. For the first decade there was no outside funding and no formal marketing-just word of mouth from students and educators who found it useful.
Over time, that single website evolved into a family of platforms supporting healthcare education across multiple specialties. Today, TeachMeSeries is used by millions – medical students, practising clinicians, allied health professionals, scientists, and even members of the public – anyone who wants accessible, trustworthy medical knowledge.
We remain independent and mission-driven with one clear goal: to make high-quality medical education accessible, engaging, and understandable for all.
