Course overview:
This online course equips participants with practical strategies to address post-implementation challenges in Single Windows, focusing on regulatory, technical, financial, and organizational solutions through case studies, expert interviews, and hands-on exercises. Participants will develop skills to assess system maturity, strengthen legal frameworks, enhance governance, secure sustainable financing, improve technical infrastructure, manage change effectively, and enhance the national and regional Single Window interoperability level.
The online course consists of 11 self-paced interactive modules (approximately 20 minutes each), expert video interviews, and 4 live sessions (each 1 hour), to be completed between December 8, 2025, and January 31, 2026.
