At the moment we are gauging interest in riding a bus.  If we have enough people interested by December 15th we will finalize the routes and charter the buses.


Additional routes may be added, and pickup points may change based on availability, but the options listed below are based on prior years.


Each bus costs VCDL in excess of $4,000, and we only recoup about half of that IF THE BUS IS FULL!  For that reason, we are accepting bus sponsorships to help defray the costs.

PROSPECTIVE BUS ROUTES

It is vital that we know how many people are planning to use these buses.  By signing up in advance you guarantee your seat, as well as help us gauge need.  Pickup points are subject to change, so please supply a valid email and cell phone.  Cell phones are mandatory in case someone does not make the pickup point in a timely manner or there is a last minute change in boarding location. You must reserve your seat by 1/14/2026.  The form will allow you to pay now or select "Bill Me".  If you pay now and the bus is cancelled you may request a refund.  Please be aware that seats are not guaranteed until they are paid.

Northern virginia bus

NO BUSES IN YOUR AREA?

If there is enough interest, and the cost is not prohibitive, we may be able to help.  Let us know if you have at least 30 people, and a location where they can park for the day.  The location must be accessible by a large vehicle (the size of a bus!) and you must have premission from the property owner.  You must also be willing to act as bus captain, or have someone on the bus who is willing to act in that role.  Click the button below to reach out to us.
