Sexual harassment at work isn’t just a statistic. It’s a crisis. 🚨 30.8% of women in the EU have reported sexual harassment at work, with 4.3% in the past year. Reported cases vary widely, from over 50% in Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, and Luxembourg to around 12% in Portugal, Bulgaria, and Latvia. 🔴 1 in 5 women have experienced violence at home from a partner, relative, or household member. 🔴 1 in 3 women in the EU have experienced physical violence, sexual violence, or threats in their lifetime. 🔴 1 in 8 women have survived sexual violence, including rape. 🔴 1 in 3 women have been sexually harassed at work, with younger women facing it even more frequently. 🔴 Only 1 in 8 women report violence to the police.
