Across the summer here at the ADS, we continue to accession datasets from organisations across the UK and beyond, furthering our mission to preserve and share archaeological data. However, as we approach the end of our reporting year (August '23 to July '24), the ADS team is busily reflecting on our achievements over this period and planning for the future.Â
Here is what is coming up in the next few months:
- Annual Report: Our comprehensive report detailing all ADS and Internet Archaeology activities including highlighted collections, innovations, and new projects will be published soon. You can find last years reports on the Annual Reports page on our website! Stay tuned to the website and our social media channnels for the latest edition, which is due to be published in October.
- Expansion at the ADS: We're growing! We've recently advertised several new positions here at the ADS and have more exciting news to share in October. Keep an eye on our social media and the next edition of the ADS newsletter for updates.
