Corporate sustainability in Saudi Arabia is evolving into a phase of execution, accountability, and alignment with national goals. Companies are no longer focused solely on internal frameworks and performance indicators — the focus has shifted toward how their actions contribute to societal development as a whole. In line with Vision 2030’s guiding belief that “Our people are our greatest asset,” the country’s transformation emphasizes investing in individuals — from foundational education to future-ready career paths. By supporting people and communities, businesses are taking on a more meaningful role: driving economic growth while contributing to a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable future.
