Authentication Error and i can't verify my identity

Hello,

i get this error message when i try to log in:

Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.

i stopped the id verification because it though is wasn’t necessary but now i can’t continue the verification on the website. can you please send a link where i can verify my identity? my email is: [email protected]
