- Adds icon for Back to Photoshop
- Wired up functionality for Back to photoshop button (uses i18n for title attribute)
- Adds menu item to Window menu to set preference of showing toolbar
I ended up going with Show Toolbar, since it made the most sense to also show/hide toolbar when the menu item is clicked. The only concern is that someone could get stuck thinking that they have to use the menu bar to show/hide the toolbar if they don't experiment with it.
In menubar.js, I did a little refactor to generalize what I needed and what Toggle Guides needed in terms of the checkmark
