We’re proud to see Quay Quarter Tower, home to AMP’s Sydney headquarters, recognised as a finalist in The Earthshot Prize 2025 - the world’s most prestigious environmental award founded by Prince William. While not taking out its category gong - this is an amazing achievement and a testatment to all those involved in its development.    Originally the tallest building in Sydney when it opened in 1976, rather than demolish and rebuild, AMP brought together visionary architects, engineers, building contractors, and developers who chose a radical alternative for the building: deciding instead to upcycle and retrofit the iconic skyscraper.   Quay Quarter Tower is the world’s first fully upcycled skyscraper and shows how retrofitting high-rise towers can replace demolition, cut waste and carbon and offer a blueprint for sustainable urban growth.   Managed by Dexus and owned by the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF), Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund (MWOF) and Rest, Quay Quarter Tower provides an inspirational blueprint for other global cities, where similar projects are underway.   Well done to all those inspiring projects that claimed the awards in The Earthshot Prize announced in Brazil - each represents not just a breakthrough idea, but a pathway to change and impact.   #EarthshotPrize #ESGLeadership Quay Quarter Sydney

When did you first start seriously thinking about your super? Only 10% of Australians aged 50+ started regularly checking their super balance in their 20s. One in three Australians aged 50–64 wish they’d started saving earlier. For those under 50, nearly 2 in 5 wished they’d started thinking about their retirement in their 20s. Our latest retirement research revealed too many Australians are disengaged with their super and unaware of the significant help available – support that could transform their quality of life in retirement. Our latest retirement findings published today reveal widespread disengagement with super – and missed opportunities to boost retirement confidence. The research found a quarter of Australians have never engaged with their super fund, and almost half only check in once or twice a year.  It was also found only one in ten Australians know what “intra-fund advice” is – dropping to just 7% among those aged 50 to 64 – despite the majority saying they would use it if they knew it existed. The fresh insights shed light on why AMP’s recently released Retirement Confidence Pulse score is just 50 out of 100. The good news? Small steps can make a big difference. ✔ Log in and check your fund details. ✔ Ask about intra-fund advice – often provided at no extra cost. ✔ Start money conversations at home. “You made me feel that I’m not doing it on my own” – Karin Lee   At AMP, we’re proud to support initiatives that spark real change, uplifting communities and giving our people the chance to make a meaningful difference. One way we do this is through our connection with Global Sisters, a not-for-profit dedicated to breaking down barriers to women’s economic security by supporting them to earn income in flexible, sustainable ways – often by building their own businesses.   The relationship started with the AMP Foundation in 2016, and grew into AMP’s Business Financial Review Program in 2024, aligning closely with our commitment to financial wellbeing and opportunity for all. Through this program, our Finance employees volunteer as mentors to work one-on-one with Sisters, supporting them to build financial confidence, set goals, and strengthen their business strategy. We’re excited to highlight the powerful stories and mutual impact of this program, showcasing how our people are engaging in meaningful work. Thank you Jen Fortescue and Sister Karin Lee for taking part and sharing your experience. #AMPeople Florapeutic

Diwali is a festival of bringing people together and celebrating sharing the same light and the same joy. It’s about unity in diversity, the strength of communities, and coming together to celebrate traditions. Our teams enjoyed celebrating Diwali in various ways the past couple of weeks, culminating in a vibrant village fair in our Sydney office – in the spirit of an Indian ‘Mela’. We were immersed in traditional Tanjore paintings, festive home decorations, henna artistry, fun games, food and more! Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make Diwali special, our Inclusion & Diversity Council, and to our partners Wipro for their ongoing support. Happy Diwali – may the Festival of Lights bring joy and prosperity to all. 🪔✨

Did you know that only 22% of AI professionals globally are women? Frankly, that’s not good enough. We’ve got to do something about it. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Telstra & UNSW to deliver a series of events to help women learn more about AI and the emerging career pathways on offer. ‘Her AI Connect’ is all about giving females access to knowledge, a supportive network and more awareness of what a career in AI could look like. We’re kicking off the series with a networking and panel event hosted at our AMP office in QQT, Sydney, on 20 November in the evening where you will hear from four talented women forging new pathways in AI including Dayle Stevens OAM, Stela SOLAR, Mimi Zou and Kelly McJannett. We have ~35  spaces on offer for females interested in joining. Please register your interest on Eventbrite, and lucky attendees will be randomly selected. https://lnkd.in/g6ha-ipy I’m proud to be working together with Telstra and UNSW to deliver this initiative, drawing upon our cross-industry expertise for the benefit of our community. It’s a practical way we can offer opportunities for learning and development in AI – which will only become more important in the future.

This year, AMP launched its industry-first Future Leaders Advisory Group (FLAG) – an initiative designed to empower university students to actively shape solutions that matter and bring students’ perspectives to the board table to influence decision-making. FLAG ensures our decisions are inclusive, future-focused, and grounded in what matters most. In our final session for the year, students explored how AMP could harness AI to better support financially vulnerable Australians. Their ideas reflected the empathetic and innovative voice of the next generation of financial services professionals and is a perfect example of our purpose, helping people create their tomorrow. A huge thank you to our students, committee members and AMP experts for making AMP FLAG 2025 such a successful launch year. 🎓👏 We’re excited to build on this momentum in 2026!
