Wellbeing & Executive Coach | National Athlete | Training & Consultancy | TEDx Speaker (PGCert, iOSH, ILM Level 7)
The GAMeS International Mental Health and Sport Conference programme has been released 🎉 Next month, I’ll be presenting the work I’m most proud of developing during my time at UK Sports Institute and UK Athletics - The impact of tailored performance lifestyle support throughout injury. My Achilles rupture and surgery led to a slight career pivot towards wellbeing, careers and executive coaching, and curiosity about how Performance Lifestyle coaching could better support world class programme athletes navigating injury. Particularly looking forward to hearing from the rest of our symposium collective speakers on injury and Mental Health in sport, Dr Göran Kenttä on safety and vulnerability in high-performance environments, and also Paul Gorczynski and Pete Olusoga, PhD. on EDI in Sport being under attack. I'll be there throughout the Global Alliance for Mental Health and Sport (GAMeS) Conference - Let me know if you’re planning to attend!
