🏇 Melbourne Cup celebrations with the Precision Sourcing team, joined by our colleagues from MediRec AU and Vinova. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at The Meat & Wine Co, taking time to connect across teams and celebrate the day together. The finance team really cleaned up this year, taking out both Best Dressed Man and Lady – a stylish sweep to top off an already great afternoon.  Moments like these remind us how important culture, collaboration and a little fun are to building great teams. 🧡

Teamwork, sweat, and a whole lot of steps 👟 The Precision Sourcing crew has officially conquered the Climb4Lives challenge scaling the equivalent of 14 of the world’s highest mountains across 75 hours of stair-climbing (and one epic Blue Mountains trek). There were moments we thought we wouldn’t make the distance, but with help from our friends and families - some climbing day and night - we pushed through and got it done. Thanks to everyone’s support, we’ve raised over $43,000 (and counting) for the Black Dog Institute. It’s not too late to contribute - donation link in the comments. Massive shoutout to Fitness First Australia for keeping the team moving, and to everyone who donated, cheered us on, or joined the climb. As part of the #Climb4Lives fundraising initiative for the Black Dog Institute, a few team members from Precision Sourcing and Vinova took on a massive challenge over the weekend - hiking from Victoria Falls to Lockleys Pylon across two demanding days. For those who know the trail, it’s no easy feat. The steep climbs and rugged terrain tested every bit of endurance, but reaching the top of Lockleys Pylon and taking in the incredible views made it all worthwhile. Starting today, the team are taking on a week of stair climbing to continue raising funds and awareness for the Black Dog Institute, supporting vital mental health research and education across Australia.
