I missed this publication initially - but my chapter of regulatory design strategies for generative AI is now 'out'. The chapter does not debate whether we should regulate generate AI specifically or generally. It considers the approaches we might take to do so ... key take aways are the design of law matters and so do considerations of clarity, coherence and enforcement.
