And then what that means is that funds are using real-time data to anticipate problems before they appear in the financial sheets. The 28DIGITAL Open Innovation Factory is excited to announce a new opportunity — the UNITE Digital Health Open Call for Digital Health innovators. This initiative invites startups, research institutions, and healthcare organisations to co-create the future of digital health across Europe. Backed by €4 million in EU funding, the UNITE Open Call supports projects addressing two major challenges: 1. Human-centred #RemoteCare that empowers patients and enables continuity beyond hospitals. 2. #Interoperable data and the European Health Data Space, unlocking secure and intelligent health data exchange.
