🤝🏻 Joining expertise to build the future of health 🧪 Some projects are more than just a building — they’re a statement of our #ChangingForGood ambition. The new Full-Life Technologies site in Belgium is one of them: a place where science and engineering come together to fight cancer through cutting-edge radiotherapeutic production. Behind this ambitious project stand two of our CFE Group business units; working hand in hand: 🔹 BPC Group, mastering the construction of a semi-industrial building with the unique challenge of integrating both pharmaceutical and nuclear standards. 🔹 VMA, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced building technologies — from cleanrooms to safety systems — in a highly complex environment. One of the eyecatchers of the project is the bunker: a “building within the building” designed to be both secure and sustainable, meeting the strictest requirements of nuclear protection while ensuring pharmaceutical-grade purity. The factory is a facility that pushes the limits of engineering, delivered within tight deadlines and in smooth collaboration with the client — who praised the agility, responsiveness and commitment of our teams. Benoît Bataille, Damien Thirifay, kudos to your teams 🙌 #TogetherIsBetter 🙏 Thank you for your vote of confidence, Philippe van Put, Emmanuel Calande. 🎥 Discover the project in our latest video! #ChangingForGood #HeroesForGood #BuildingTechnologies #HealthCare #Pharmaceutics #BringingPassionToConstruction #SmartTechnologyForGood #BPCGroup #VMA

🎀 Dress in Pink Day at Wood Hub 👚🩰 On October 23, at our CFE headquarters, we united in pink, from our clothing to the lighting of the building, as a symbolic gesture of solidarity with all the women affected by breast cancer. 🩷 Did you know that, in Belgium alone, breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, accounting for roughly 34% of new cancer cases every year \(source: Country Cancer Profile 23 - OECD - OCDE\) 🤝🏻And we go the extra mile, beyond symbolic actions, in the fight against cancer. For the past 2 years, we have been supporting the Stichting tegen Kanker - Fondation contre le Cancer, one of the flagship projects of our Heroes for Good Foundation. Because awareness matters, support matters, hope matters. 💖 Thanks to all heroes of CFE HQ, @[BPI Real Estate](urn:li:organization:18119592), @[BPC Group](urn:li:organization:18050611) and @[Wood Shapers](urn:li:organization:28943654)@[](urn:li:organization:14941)@[](urn:li:organization:165285)@[](urn:li:organization:1709774) for showing your colours! \#ChangingForGood \#HeroesForGood \#HeroesForGoodFoundation \#PinkOctober \#BreastCancerAwareness \#DressInPink

⏩Accelerating timber and hybrid construction 🪵through Wood Shapers, under the leadership of Isabelle De Bruyne   Since the launch of Wood Shapers in 2019, our CFE Group has delivered more than 215,000 m² of iconic bio-based buildings — from Gare Maritime and Monteco in Brussels to Wooden in Luxembourg and Wood Hub, our own headquarters.  These flagship projects reflect a clear vision: to make bio-based and low-carbon construction mainstream.   And now, with Isabelle De Bruyne leading Wood Shapers, CFE’s integrated design and engineering office for timber and hybrid buildings, we are ready to accelerate this transformation, in partnership with BPI Real Estate and our business units in Construction & Renovation: BPC Group, Van Laere NV, MBG, CLE Compagnie Luxembourgeoise d'Entreprises and CFE Polska. 🤝   🚀 Our common ambition is clear: to double the volume of bio-based projects carried out by the Group by 2030.   🏢With major developments such as KPMG’s new Luxembourg headquarters, SD Worx Belgium’s Antwerp HQ, and Orchard – BNP Paribas Fortis’ Client House developed by Triple Living - our clients are already consciously choosing bio-based construction.   💬Isabelle De Bruyne: “We have already contributed to a significant share of large-scale timber and hybrid buildings in what remains a relatively young market. Today, bio-based construction should be on every developer and architect’s mind. We have clearly shown it can be both the economic and ecologic winning solution. The carbon savings are considerable and, combined with other energy-saving techniques, bring us a long way in our clients’ net-zero transition, in line with our Changing for Good ambition.”   🩶 As a Group, we will continue shaping a future where low-carbon, circular, and energy-efficient buildings become the new standard, driving sustainable value for people and planet. 🌍   #ChangingForGood #HeroesForGood #TogetherIsBetter #OneTeam #WoodShapers #SustainableBuilding #BioBasedConstruction #HybridConstruction #TimberConstruction #LowCarbon #Decarbonisation #NetZeroTransition

With BPC Group leading the renovation works on site 🏗️, EQ is a nice example of how we bring together know-how and talents in our CFE Group to create buildings with impact, alongside our partners. 🤝🏻 👏 Congratulations to all the teams involved for this great achievement. 🌳🪵 A symbolic start for a new sustainable landmark in Antwerp 📅 October 7, 2025, marks the official start of Orchard – the new Client House of BNP Paribas Fortis in the Nieuw Zuid district of Antwerp. Our Wood Shapers teams contributed to the design phase and the timber structure works; Van Laere NV has been selected as general contractor. Designed by Sir David Chipperfield, laureate of the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize 🏆, Orchard will become a sustainable and architectural landmark for the city. Together with David Chipperfield Architects and Triple Living, our colleagues celebrated this milestone by placing a timber column 🪵, symbolising the sustainable foundation of this future-proof project. 💬 Laurent Eeraerts, CEO of Van Laere: “Orchard shows what happens when innovation, sustainability and long-standing expertise come together. With timber columns and skeleton walls, hybrid CREE elements, and geothermal energy, we’re not just reducing CO₂ — we’re creating an exemplary sustainable building that will have a positive impact for generations to come 🌍. It fills me with pride that we can be part of this unique journey.” 💚 Great to see that Wood Shapers and Van Laere are contributing to this forward-thinking project. It is a tangible example of how we’re Changing for Good the way we live and work for future generations. An inspiring collaboration across the CFE Group, bringing together know-how and passionate people. 🤝 We are proud to announce that VMA, part of our CFE Group, has been awarded a major Maintenance & EPC contract with the municipality of Tessenderlo-Ham, through the VEB (Vlaams Energiebedrijf). This long-term partnership aims at transforming 6 local public buildings such as sports infrastructure, local meeting centers and childcare facilities into sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. 🌱🏢 At the beginning of a 12-year collaboration, VMA will perform an energy-efficient renovation of these buildings by installing solar panels, smart HVAC, LED lighting, insulation, and water recovery systems. The objective is to deliver significant savings: ⚡34.8% electricity, 🔥14.9% natural gas, 🛢️100% heating oil, and💧16.8% water. Through the implementation of our VMANAGER smart platform 💻, the energy performance will continuously be monitored, ensuring lasting results. 💬 Joris W., Director Smart & Sustainable Building Management at VMA: “We are proud that the municipality of Tessenderlo-Ham has once again placed its trust in us. With sustainability at the heart of our approach, we help our clients save resources while building energy-efficient, future-proof facilities. Together, we are making Tessenderlo-Hams’ ambitions come true and creating a lasting positive impact for the entire community.” 💚 This project is a local proof point of our ambition to change for good: helping local communities to reduce their ecological footprint and their energy budget, by creating healthier, more comfortable public spaces for their inhabitants. #ChangingForGood #SustainableBuilding #SmartBuildings #EnergyEfficiency #OEPC #vmanager

🪄 On an inspiring Innovation Tour in Luxembourg, hosted by our lëtzebuergesch Kolleegen of CLE Compagnie Luxembourgeoise d'Entreprises and BPI Real Estate . Our journey started with a guided tour of their HQ #WOODEN 🪵 – Luxembourg’s very first wooden office building of this scale. A true milestone for sustainable construction and an inspiring place to begin our tour. We moved on to the construction site of Maison de la Croix-Rouge Luxembourgeoise. With Arnaud Dernoncourt, Nicolas Conrad and Michaël De Moura as our guides, we saw how innovation is shaping the project in a tangible way: 🔹🧱 Prefabricated façade elements arriving fully assembled and mounted directly on site 🔹📉 Use of low-carbon concrete – a first for the teams – reducing CO₂ emissions by around 20% compared to traditional concrete 💡 Our Innovation Board took place right on site, surrounded by the very practices we want to foster and accelerate. 🙏 A heartfelt thank you to julien ekoret for hosting the day and to all Luxembourg colleagues for the warm welcome and expert guidance throughout the day. Your enthusiasm and dedication made the tour both insightful and inspiring. 🆕 And, last but not least, we’re very happy to welcome three new members to our Innovation core team — bringing fresh perspectives and new energy to the innovation table. Great to have you on board Camille Maertens de Noordhout, Christophe Wathion and Nikki Verschueren. #ChangingForGood #HeroesForGood #InnovativeBuilding #SustainableBuilding #InnovationTour #Luxembourg #LowCarbonConcrete #PrefabConstruction #CroixRougeLuxembourgeoise

🌿 The Arch – A circular renovation at scale 🌿 BPC Group, one of CFE Group’s business units, has successfully delivered The Arch, a large-scale renovation project in the Brussels North District for CORES Development. What once was a 1990s office building of 14,500 m² has now become a future-proof mixed-use complex with offices, coworking spaces, a conference centre, a restaurant, and fitness facilities. 🏗️ Instead of opting for demolition and new construction, Cores Development embraced an ambitious circular approach: ✅ 70% of the existing structure preserved ✅ Multiple materials deconstructed and reused like natural stone, raised floors, sanitary facilities & windows ✅ Use of bio-based materials like hemp blocks as masonry and lime plaster as finishing coating ✅ Integration of geothermal wells into the heart of the building Consequently, the Arch achieves the highest environmental standards #NZEB, #BREEAMOutstanding, #WELLPlatinum - fully aligned with the #EUTaxonomy. Once more exemplary for our #ChangingForGood ambition. 🏆 👏 Bravo to the BPC Group team, led by Pierre Danner, who made this achievement possible! 👌Thanks to Cores Development, and all partners for the great collaboration from start to finish!
