🎤 Raising cybersecurity awareness among Walloon Public Social Welfare Centers (CPAS)! On Tuesday, October 7, Florian Charlier and Emmanuel SAINTES from our Advisory Services Business Unit had the pleasure of presenting to nearly 100 professionals from Walloon CPAS about the NIS2 Directive and its implementation in public services. 📘 The two-hour session — organized by the Union of Cities and Municipalities of Wallonia (Union des Villes et Communes de Wallonie) — covered: - The scope and key obligations of the NIS2 law, - The role and synergies of cybersecurity experts and DPOs in achieving compliance, - And practical next steps for CPAS, including coordination with GDPR, governance, and incident management. 💬 The discussion sparked strong interest and thoughtful debate — especially around sensitive topics such as using personal smartphones for two-factor authentication (2FA). 💡 A great opportunity to see how local public institutions are engaging proactively with cybersecurity and compliance challenges.

Yesterday evening, we had an enriching internal event dedicated to exploring "Smart Knowledge Management – How to Store, Share, and Secure Your Assets" 📚🔒💡. The insightful presentation, delivered by Valérie AZERAD and Grégoire Malvoisin, included a compelling case study demonstrating real-world applications of effective knowledge management. We discussed practical methods and innovative solutions for managing our organizational knowledge 🧠, best practices for securely storing information 🔐, optimizing knowledge sharing across teams 🤝, and ensuring our assets remain protected yet easily accessible 📁. We also learned how AI enhances Knowledge Management tools. Participants showed genuine interest and enthusiasm in learning about these valuable insights and strategies, highlighting the significance of efficient knowledge management in our daily operations 🚀. Following the informative session, we enjoyed a delicious dinner 🍽️ and wrapped up the evening by watching the football match Ukraine 🇺🇦 vs. Belgium 🇧🇪 together ⚽. Although Belgium didn't secure the victory (final score 3-1), the match provided a fun and relaxed environment to strengthen team bonds 🎉.
