🚀 The energy keeps rising on Day 1 at Coworking Europe 2025 — and at 15:00, we dive into three conversations shaping the future of workspace transformation: hospitality-driven real estate, real-world AI adoption, and flex profitability breakthroughs. 🏨 The Amenitization of Commercial Real Estate — Delivering the all-in experience Today, office space alone is not enough. Tenants expect hospitality, services, wellness, events — a full lifestyle experience under one roof. This session explores how flex operators are becoming the amenity engine of modern real estate, and how far integration can go. With Maximilian von der Ahé, LL.M. (betahaus), Hannah Philp (ARC Club), Patrik Åström (Helio Workspaces), Robert Sparreboom (HNK), Claus Bornholt (Westhive Coworking Ecosystem) This session is moderated by Katri Tuori. 🤖 Integrating AI in every process — What truly works in 2025? AI hype is everywhere — but where does it deliver real value in coworking operations, and where does it fall short? We’ll explore automation that works today, how to avoid the “AI illusion,” and how operators balance human hospitality with smart systems. Moderated by Liz Elam, speakers include Anika Coutinho (Uniti AI), Robert Stevenson (Techspace), Kane Willmott (iQ Offices). 📈 Fixing coworking’s profitability problem Thin margins, vanity metrics, rising costs — it’s time to challenge the old playbook. This session confronts hard questions: Is occupancy overrated? Which revenue levers actually move the needle? What does sustainable profitability look like across markets? Featuring Xavi Bassons (Monday Working Spaces), Harun Biswas (UltraSoft Technologies Ltd.), Homan T. (IOFFICE Business center), Gabriela Hersham (Huckletree), Monika Reiman (CitySpace). Moderated by Florian Kappes. From amenity-driven real estate to AI-enabled operations and sustainable business models — this afternoon brings actionable insights for operators, landlords, and innovators shaping the future of work. 📅 Day 1 — 15:00 sessions 🔗 Full program: https://lnkd.in/dAx9YW3j #CoworkingEurope #FutureOfWork #FlexOffice #CoworkingTrends #AIinWorkspaces #PropTech #HospitalityInRealEstate #Profitability

Hey operators and teams of coworking and flex workspaces! Has anyone truly checked in recently to see how your workspace is doing? No? Here is your ticket to share your wellbeing: Join the new Coworking Trends Survey ➡️ https://CoworkingTrends.Co We invite you, the orchestra of coworking and flex spaces—operators, teams, and workspace builders—to share your uniqueness and perspectives. Let’s create a collaborative snapshot of our vibrant industry! Participation offers: - free access to key results - a clearer understanding of your space within the coworking industry - the opportunity to explore the variety of coworking concepts - Plus, you can share factual industry data with a wider audience. This is the only long-term study tracking the coworking landscape, spanning 15 years. It offers insights into industry evolution and the broad panorama of coworking and flex spaces worldwide: https://lnkd.in/etpvCieG But I want to get personal for a moment: many seek data and insights, yet distributing this survey every year remains tough work. Really tough! Some may not realize there’s no data without participation. AI apps can’t replace it since they also rely on real data from people. Otherwise, it’s just recycled fantasy which neither helps you nor the industry. Some worry a global survey overlooks their region, resulting in a lack of data or data that cannot be compared. That’s why this survey welcomes voices worldwide—from urban to rural spaces! The survey only works if many take part. Join as an operator or staff member of any coworking or flex workspace, or become an official partner to help spread the word. The more voices, the truer the industry snapshot. Partners are proudly featured with logos and links in the reports. How it works? → https://lnkd.in/e-JJMRTU Thanks to our long-term partners such as Jean-Yves from Coworking Europe, GCF members like Doris, Dr. Alexandra, Christian, Claudius from Coworking Switzerland, and recent partners like Yardi, Nexudus, Thilo from Cobot, Helga for Spacebring, Kelly at Optix or Mauro of Proova. Also, people like Hector from ThisWeekinCoworking, Pauline from Coworkies, Liz, Yuta, or Ashley who connect coworking enthusiasts worldwide, and many supporters such as Christian from Salto or Florian from TechnologyWithin who have supported the survey recently. Not to forget the thousands of people like Tiffany and Hana who operate smaller coworking spaces in Danang, Craig in Denver, or Iain in Malta. Or the teams behind larger spaces such as WeWork, Mindspace, Industrious, The Hive, JustCo, or ImpactHub. I wish I could name more people and spaces who dedicate themselves every day to making people’s workspaces and lives better worldwide. Your dedication deserves a voice as well! Join us and spread the word again. This is coworking! Thank you, Carsten #coworking #coworkingspaces #flexibleworkspaces
