  • Big news from team DEO.care! We’re thrilled to announce our exclusive collaboration in hip and knee surgery with DePuy Synthes across Europe, expanding how we help surgical teams adopt robotic technologies with confidence. Together, we’ll support hospitals and OR teams to integrate these solutions smoothly into OR workflows. At DEO.care, we believe that clarity and teamwork are the foundation of great surgery. “Our mission at DEO.care is to bring clarity and confidence to the operating room by enabling teams to work at their very best.” — Jeroen Dille, CEO DEO.care This collaboration allows us to continue delivering on that mission, empowering OR teams and helping hospitals and surgeons deliver timely, high-quality care to patients. #OperatingRoomEfficiency #HealthcareInnovation #SurgicalTeams #DigitalTwin #Collaboration #MedTech

Efficiency in the OR doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built through data, teamwork, and a shared commitment to do better every day. At Mercy Orthopedics Springfield, Dr. RB Jones and his team turned analysis into action, using DEO.care's digital twin analysis to further streamline workflows and sustain higher performance in their OR. We hear from Dr. R.B. Jones how insight became impact to achieve lasting OR efficiency.

  • New Case Study: Balancing Efficiency and Ease in Robot-Assisted Surgery    We’re pleased to share our latest spotlight on Dr. Sekyra Kathrin (Herz-Jesu Krankenhaus) and her experience with robot-assisted knee replacement workflows.   With over 700 procedures completed and a consistent rhythm of five cases a day, Dr. Sekyra demonstrates that robot-assisted surgery can remain time-neutral while improving both ergonomics and cognitive workload for the surgical team.   A lower risk posture, optimized tray setup, reduced manual handling and a clear, consistent process, all make the surgical day feel smoother and more sustainable. These are key reasons why her team can confidently maintain a high daily throughput while feeling good at the end of the day.   Read how her team achieves balance between precision, performance, and wellbeing in the OR.

  • One of the best parts of this role is being right there in the OR, alongside the team. At DEO.care, our Medical Engineers spend time in operating rooms gathering data, analyzing workflows, and working closely with surgical staff to translate insights into smoother processes. It’s a role where technical skills and people connections come together. We’re hiring a Medical Engineer in Belgium to collaborate with OR teams all around Europe.
