Today 28 delivery experts from across our businesses gathered to compete, showcasing their precision, care and professionalism that define our standard of parcel delivery at Geopost. And it’s been a day of competition - here’s what they tackled👇 • Vehicle Checks – Drivers identified and explained safety-critical faults on a parked vehicle, from faulty bulbs to tyre damage. • Sustainability Lap – A 6km drive in an electric vehicle, scored on eco-driving performance: smooth acceleration, braking and energy efficiency. • Parking – Manoeuvring through tight spaces in a multi-storey car park, demonstrating control & safety. • Locker Processing – Speed and accuracy in collecting & delivering parcels to lockers, including adjusting locker sizes. • Front Door Interaction – A real-life delivery scenario where drivers were scored on empathy & professionalism using SMILE: Sincerity, Meet, Initiative, Look, Enthusiasm. • Linehaul Challenge – this year's brand-new addition to the competitoin list.
