From mid-January 2026, Hamilton Bright will continue under a new name: Smollan. A familiar face, a new name. After 25 years of building brands and relationships across the Benelux, we're stepping into a global identity. Since 2017, we've been part of the Smollan Group, a global retail solutions company specialized in services like field sales and merchandising. With over 80,000 people in more than 60 countries, Smollan brings deep expertise and scale. Over the years, our collaboration has grown stronger: we've collaborated on clients and projects, shared knowledge and aligned our systems. Renaming our company to Smollan is a natural next step. And yet, we remain who we are. Our Frisian down-to-earth mindset and Belgian hospitality are still at the core. At our annual Hamilton Bright Inspiration Day, our Field Champions explored the theme 'AI - a changing world'. 🌍 With an inspiring keynote from Xander Steenbrugge and a lively panel talk with Bart Van den Broeck and Andy Hoekstra, we looked at how AI is changing our work and shared practical tools to keep growing. Great conversations followed about how we deal with constant change, and how we can see new opportunities in it.
