Et#ChantierEnCours 🛠️ Le chantier Rue Jules Bordet à Evere, en cours de réception, marque une nouvelle belle collaboration pour nos équipes Fabribois & Fabrialu. 🤝 DEMOCO nous a fait confiance pour la fourniture et la pose des menuiseries extérieures de ce projet en pleine rénovation urbaine. Nos équipes ont réalisé la pose de 400 #châssis et portes sur ce chantier exigeant : 🔹 Profil choisi : Bois ASTER 68, en Eucalyptus Red Grandis 🔹 Finition : Ral 7032 gris clair, pour un rendu sobre et élégant 🔹Vitrage : Sprimoglass TL 72 % - FS 38 %, garantissant un excellent confort lumineux et thermique 👉 Le profil bois #ASTER68, conçu dans nos ateliers, offre une excellente isolation thermique et acoustique, ainsi qu'une durabilité optimale grâce à l'utilisation de bois certifiés FSC® et PEFC® 🌿 👏 Un grand #merci à l’ensemble des équipes de chantier pour leur collaboration et leur engagement sur ce chantier. Back in November 2014 – more than 10 years ago already – I first set foot on the Sprimoglass grounds. After an intense M&A process, I became shareholder and Executive Director of this hidden gem in the heart of Wallonia. I was just 33, full of big plans (and maybe a little bit of healthy naïveté), and lucky to have early investors who believed in this adventure. Since then, we’ve been on quite a ride. Together with an amazing team, we turned Sprimoglass from a solid, directive company into the self-organizing, agile organization it is today. We’ve tackled plenty of challenges along the way and somehow always came out stronger and more resilient than before. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without so many people. A huge thank you to our fantastic collaborators for their talent and commitment. To our long-standing clients for your trust and partnership. To our suppliers for always showing up when we needed you. And most of all, to my fellow shareholders for supporting the company – and trusting the leadership team to transform Sprimoglass into what it is now: a place where Client Service is at the heart, powered by a digital transformation that makes quite a few people jealous! We’ve even picked up a few trophies along the way – three-time Best Managed Company by Deloitte, not too shabby. And now, it’s time for me to hand over the daily reins and step into a new role as Chairman of the Board. It’s a move driven by conviction - that our time is limited, that fresh perspectives are what keep a company vibrant, and that staying in the same seat too long isn’t good for innovation (or for the person sitting there!). Our three core values – #OneTeam, #Winner, #Curious – have brought us this far, and I’m sure they’ll keep pushing Sprimoglass to new heights. Feeling proud, grateful, and excited for what’s next.
