Today we celebrate Ramen Day, and for us, it’s personal. Since 2013, we've had the joy of being a small part of ramen's much bigger story🦊 From sourcing quality ingredients, to cooking our own broths in our Atelier and constantly refining every element of the ramen we serve, our mission has always been the same. This year marks a major milestone: 8 years of collaboration and a current total of 5 successful Umamido Switzerland franchise locations opened with our Swiss partners Raoul WEIL and Vogt Simon🎉 To celebrate our shared achievements, Guy Quirynen, Luiza T., Vogt Simon and Raoul WEIL went back to where Umamido's story originally began - Japan! We wanted to pay tribute to the people, places, and moments that have inspired our journey of passion for ramen and it's culture. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and even more excited for what’s ahead of us🦊 Here’s to many more years of collaboration, shared adventures, and delicious bowls of ramen around the world🍜

12 years! 12 years of passion for food, 12 years of passion for ramen and 12 years of passion for Japan 🦊 Recently, we marked the day of a dozen years that we have been serving you with homemade, comforting and delicious ramen. An unbelievable achievement that makes us extremely proud and grateful🍜 What a journey it has been, 9 locations in Belgium, 5 locations opened together with Raoul WEIL and Vogt Simon in Umamido Switzerland, and counting. The opening of our new Atelier, an immense amount of special dishes created, and so many collaborations & partnerships, that all happened because Guy Quirynen stumbled upon a ramen shop in Kyoto that changed his and well, our life. Let's cheers and celebrate many more years of Umamido together!🥂 FYI, we also recently went back to where our passion came from- Japan, so stay tuned for that adventure!
